Job Responsibilities:

• Using our service process and client specific knowledge to manage the client’s day to day campaign requirements.

• Gathering requirements; work with different teams to deliver the service with highest quality as per the defined time lines using standard and systematic approach.

• Problem solving using self-expertise by researching and careful consideration of facts.

• Working on the test cases, identifying alternatives and providing appropriate solutions.

• Exceeding client expectations by quality service and should help to increase our business with client.

Skill Set:

• Should have good analytical and problem solving ability

• Should have good understanding of computer fundamentals, SDLC, software engineering

• Should have good conceptual knowledge in OOPS, DB, Network, OS

• Should have knowledge in basic Programming languages like C, Java

• Exposure to Linux, MYSQL would be an advantage.

• Ability to understand and relate technology

Pre-requisites:

• B. Tech (CSE/IT/ECE)/BCA/MCA– 2022/2023 passed out

• Should have 60% aggregate throughout their career

• Willing to work in International time zones (US/UK)

• Willing to give 2 years’ commitment to the company
