Job Role: Jr. Analyst (Fresh Graduate (2023/2024 Passed out): Bachelor’s degree)
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
• Assist in executing campaign measurement, preparing reports and dashboards for client &
internal use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business processes and outcomes.
• Support senior analysts and managers in developing strategies and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies in data analysis and business
intelligence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Fresh
graduates encouraged to apply).
• Willing to work in international time zones (US/UK).
• Willing to give a commitment of 2 years to the company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Preferred Skills (Not mandatory):
• Basic understanding and working knowledge of Tableau and Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and concepts.

- The test contains 60 questions to be answered in 60 minutes
- Each question carries 1 mark and no negative marking
- The test should be taken only from Desktop and laptop
- Should enable the camera as its an AI Proctored test
- Use the latest version of Google Chrome to take the test
- Please make sure that you have uninterrupted power and internet facility (minimum 2 MBPS required)
- Please turn off all notifications before taking the test
- Please don't exit the full screen while attempting the test
- Do not swap the window multiple times may, which terminate your test
- Malpractice will leads to disqualify the test
