Year of Graduation : 2020/2021
Percentage Criterion : Min 65% throughout academics
Role : Marketing Engineer
Primary Skills : Good Interpersonal skills with strong techno commercial knowledge required in the above mentioned products and must be fluent in Hindi and English.
Training Period : 1 Year
Compensation : 2.70 LPA

Job Profile :
A Marketing Engineer should be an enthusiastic in doing market analysis specifically in relation to Industrial products/ Electronic products.
Ability to understand the business requirements of the clients and should be proactive in approach to build the joint collaboration.
Able to communicate with R&D and Production teams about customer requirements and responsible to meet the customer's Technical requirements on time.
Ability to perform the Technical documents for Tender/Bidding process.
Understand the In-House capabilities and responsible to execute the business strategies accordingly.

Our strength lies in designing, customising and integrating systems that involve multiple functional domains such as control electronics, power electronics, fail safety and mechanical construction. Medha’s R&D Centre is 700 people strong and has all the infrastructure required for developing sophisticated products. Medha has also achieved CMMI Level 4 certification for well defined design processes for new product development. We are working towards CMMI Level 5 certification by further improving our design processes.

Medha’s R&D Centre, R&D Centre Unit II, and Manufacturing Unit, located in three different areas, are built over a combined area of about 18 acres of land in the heart of industrial areas near Hyderabad, India. These state-of-the-art facilities encompass the capability to research, design, develop, manufacture, service and provide in-field product support.
In 2007, Medha started a charitable institution by the name of ‘Medha Charitable Trust’ for the upliftment of poor students. It is the goal of the trust to improve the lives of these students by supporting them throughout their education and helping them become self sufficient in the long run.
