- Organizations: Please refer to the service agreement signed between your organization and Xplore

- Individuals: No refunds are provided. Please read the details of the product/service that you are signing up for and pay accordingly. If you have any queries or support on the usage of the product, you can contact our call centre at 1800-890-1324

Cancellation Policy:

- Organizations: Cancellation of services and related activities will be implied as per the agreement signed between your organization and Xplore

- Individuals: You can cancel your membership and delete you account any time. However, No refunds are provided. Please read the details of the product/service that you are signing up for and pay accordingly. If you have any queries or support on the usage of the product, you can contact our call centre at 1800-890-1324.

Membership Policy:

Your Membership is non-transferable. You must not share your username and password with anyone else or allow anyone else to access the Site using your username and password.

You are responsible for every use of the Site that occurs in conjunction with use of your username and password. You must use reasonable efforts to keep your username and password confidential. You must notify us as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised use of your membership, username or password.

Premium Membership is based on periodic subscription fees which are detailed on the Site’s product and offering pages. Your premium membership, or access to Content and areas of the Site, will be suspended or cancelled if we do not receive the fees for your subscription type.

In case your institution sponsors for your premium membership, you will be entitled to receive the subscription benefits as per the agreement with your institution. Upon expiry of the agreement, your premium benefits will expire and you will retain the normal membership. You will have an option to purchase any existing membership plans if you wish to.
