Quickly and accurately performs multi-tasking, Listening, document information, seeking information, and problem solving
Connects and communicates with clients using online portal, recommends, and completes service solutions based on the client's description of the situation and their own diagnosis.
Helps clients solve technical requests or issues with computers, peripherals, and IoT/Smart Home devices.
Troubleshoots operating system issues, repairs, and removes malware as defined by scopes of work for both Apple and Windows based systems.
Performs upgrades, repairs, and applicable installations using phone (when applicable), online chat, and remote desktop software.
Requires excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients and clarify service needs.
Recommends upgrades that are appropriate and applicable to the client's needs or desires.
Must have a strong desire and ability to inform clients of offers, sell products or services, and overcome objections.
Flexible in both schedule and work load, maintaining a variable work schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Shows appreciation to the client for their business and encourages feedback and an ongoing relationship with business in the future.
Maintains high levels of professionalism, courtesy and client service throughout all client interactions.
Handles complaints and objections effectively, de-escalating or preventing further escalation should the need arise.
Documents all client connects in an internal client relationship management system.
Communicates and trains clients on the proper and optimal use and care for their technology.
Shift Timing: 247, Predominantly night shift.
Base location: Hyderabad, India
Proposed Compensation: 2.20 LPA till 4 LPA
Qualification: Sr. Secondary or Above, Graduate in Computer Science background shall be preferred from 2017, 18, 19 & 20 shall be considered.
Talent Evaluation: HR(Zoom)+Versant(Voice & Accent round)+Video based Technical Assessment+ Scalability= Offer
Open position: 1500+
PS: Current year graduates may be considered too provided no leaves are sought for next 6 months from the date the aspirant joins in 247 AI.
