Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification             : Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Year of Graduation   : 2020 / 2021 / 2022

Percentage Criteria  : Min 50% throughout academics

Gender                    : Any

Role                        : Customer delight associate (Outbound Sales) role

Compensation       : 3.00 LPA (2.75L Fixed + 25K Incentives + Health and fitness benefits)

Work location        : Hyderabad

Interview Location : Client Premises

Are they working in shifts: Flexible to work on shifts, if required

Responsibilities:

1. Handle as many calls as routed

2. Generate revenue by understanding the need of customers

3. Upsell other products wherever possible

4. Ensure you follow the customer service script for uniformity

5. Ability to analysis the situation in hand and take a business decision to ensure the Customer experience is not impacted

Must Skills:

1. Good communication skills in English & Hindi

2. Sound confident, energetic and have Patience all throughout the day

3. Friendly, Calm under Pressure and Effectively Communication to customers

4. Ability to probe and comprehend the issue or situations

5. Flexible to changes and adapt to new methods as per requirement
