Job Location: Bangalore

Proofreader Skills and Responsibilities :

• Attention to detail
• Ability to readily identify errors while working in digital format
• Focus on the highest level of accuracy while working under tight deadlines
• Collaboration with proofreading, composition, and customer service teams with the aim of producing error-free content
• Review and proofread written material from various sources (word, PDF, HTML) ensuring output precisely conforms to the client original
• Proficiency in using Adobe and annotation tools
• Familiarity with Broadridge House style
• Adherence to Broadridge Proofreading Standard Operation Procedures
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications :

•  College degree or relevant work experience
•  Proficiency in the English language -written and verbal
•  Strong time and work management skills
•  Must possess analytical skills to help with the decision-making process
•  Ability to work effectively in a team environment
•  Responds well to feedback
•  Strong communications skills
•  Must be organized and capable of working independently
•  Flexible overtime and some weekends required
