Hello Job Aspirants,

Aceline Tech Solutions is hiring freshers for Google Search Algorithm Quality Check client.

1. Associate who is participating in this project should have good communication skills involving writing, observing, understanding the query & finishing the task in the given time.

2. The project is related to search queries that people query in the US on google search. Here, the associate's job is to evaluate the queries with the results provided to make sure the accuracy and needs are met and whether the web link provided has good quality & redirecting to correct page.

3. Each query consists set of 4 to 8 products. Associate has to provide rating for each individual product with comments.

4. Time for each individual task or query to provide rating is 9 minutes (during pilot). Actual times will be much lesser

5. Associate should provide their individual ratings and opinions which should not be shared among the team

6. Ratings should be provided accurately & with good quality

7. Understanding the query is most important, here the queries will be tricky sometimes & even some queries might be unknown to us. (Example: query - Tuff shed, we might get search results for barn. Query - Kids Footlocker, we might get search results for women’s shoe)

8. Ratings can be given as "Fails to satisfy, Slightly satisfying, Moderate satisfying, Highly satisfying & Fully satisfying"
