YOG: 2017/2018/2019/2020/2021
Role: Talent Acquisition Executive - Trainee
Percentage Criterion: Min 55% through out academics
Job Description:
• Understanding the Job Descriptions of various requirements
• Sourcing of the resumes and short-listing the candidates for the clients from various job portals and social posting
• Screening the resumes and understanding fitment by having preliminary discussions with the candidates
• Scheduling the technical interviews for the candidates, following up, and ensuring that they attend on time
• Update the candidates with the feedback and maintain the relationship with them for future prospects
• Use references and build own database
Requirements:
• Should have a flair for Recruitment & Interacting with People
• Should possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Should have a good conceptual (not technical) understanding of various IT skills & technologies
• Willing to learn new concepts and interested for a long term career in recruitment
• Should be self-driven and target-oriented
• Will be working from home till the pandemic situation eases out. Need to have own laptop/Desktop with internet connectivity & Mobile phone
• Should relocate/work from Hyderabad office based on the Company’s decision on the Pandemic
Package: 1.66 Lakhs per annum including PF & Statutory Compliances + attractive Incentives. Training on Sourcing and Screening will be provided by the company.
