Byjus is hiring Business Development Trainee || 10LPA || Any graduate

Designation :- Business Development Trainee

Criteria:- Graduation / Post Graduation

Location:- Pan India

CTC:- 10 LPA (Post training period)

Note:- The salary during the 3 months training period will be 3LPA + ( 3LPA incentives) and their designation will be BDT (Business Development Trainee) and post successful completion of the training period (Duration+Targets) their salary will be 10LPA (7LPA fixed + 3LPA variable) and they will be absorbed in the system as BDA (Business Development Associate). If they fail to achieve the target they will be just provided with a training certificate from Byjus.

Interview process:-

Stage 1:- Telephonic round

Stage 2:- Personal interview (Zoom video call)

Stage 3:- Personal Interview (Zoom video call)

1) We are hiring only Male candidates

2) Candidates can be selected for any location PAN india.

3) This is strictly a hard-core sales profile.

4)DOJ would be post completion of the course.
