Company Specific Training

With different companies testing different skills from candidates, it is essential to be prepared for all of them. Undergoing training for general recruitment rounds is only the first step. The next step is to train for each organization specifically.

Without knowing anyone from the companies that candidates apply to, it may become difficult to prepare specifically. That is where Xplore comes in. Xplore offers customized company-specific training. Xplore's company-specific training solutions are simple yet effective, with the singular goal of assisting students in passing specific company recruitment tests.

  • HR Interview

1.Online Written Test

The first round comprises an online written test that is divided into four sections:

  • Verbal Ability

Xplore trains students on this section, including questions like sentence completion, error detection, synonyms, etc.

  • Numerical Ability

This section has questions on topics like time and work, profit and loss, geometry, coordinate geometry and more.

  • Reasoning Ability

Hands-on Coding:This is where candidates will have to write code for given questions.

We at Xplore have seen many candidates write this test in the previous years. We know what kind of questions will appear on the test. Xplore prepares students for this test precisely and conducts mock tests to ensure that students are prepared well to write it.

2.Technical Interview

This happens to be the most challenging stage of the hiring process, so students must do their best to prepare for it. The focus of the entire interview process will be on technical knowledge, biography, and major project. There's a considerable chance that candidates will be asked to write some code.

Some subjects on which questions will be asked are:

  • DBMS
  • Data Structures
  • Software Engineering
  • Operating Systems
  • Programming languages like C, Java and Python
Xplore's Company Specific Training prepares students on what kinds of questions they can expect and how to answer them. In training, students will go over the crucial topics in subjects like the ones mentioned above. This way, they are well equipped to answer questions in the technical interview.

3.HR Interview

This is the most straightforward round of the TCS NQT Hiring Process. During this round, the interviewer will primarily assess confidence and ability to lead. Candidates must demonstrate their leadership skills and self-assurance. In this round, they will mainly discuss the job profile, salary, and relocations.

Xplore trains students on the soft skills required for this round and frequently asks questions and how to answer them.
Infosys Hiring Process

Infosys Limited is a global Indian information technology firm that specializes in business consulting, information technology, and outsourcing. Infosys has its headquarters in Bangalore and was started in Pune.

The recruitment and selection process at Infosys, as one of India's leading technology businesses, is aimed at finding the best fit between a candidate's aptitude and company requirements. Infosys' hiring policy is tightly linked to its business plans and is used to plan and implement recruitment throughout the year.

Analytical ability, teamwork, leadership abilities, communication skills, ability to innovate, professional competence, and academic excellence are all qualities that hiring managers look for. Another vital statistic in the selection process is 'learnability,' which is defined as the "ability to acquire generic knowledge from specific experiences and apply it to new situations."

Eligible candidates go through a three-stage recruitment procedure, which includes:

  • Online Written Test

  • Technical Interview

  • HR Interview

1.Aptitude Test

The aptitude test comprises three components, each with time limits and cutoffs. These include logical and analytical reasoning, numerical aptitude, and verbal aptitude. The first part (reasoning) includes questions ranging in difficulty from easy to moderate on themes, such as data sufficiency, visual reasoning, data interpretation, syllogism, statement reasoning, and so on. Each student will be given 25 minutes to respond to 15 questions.

The second section (quantitative aptitude) covers moderate to challenging problems on time, speed, distance, permutation and combination, number series, equations, analytical puzzles, algebra, probability, etc. Candidates will have 35 minutes to answer ten questions.

In the last segment, time management is critical because there are only 35 minutes for 40 questions (verbal ability). Fill-in-the-blanks, synonyms, antonyms, paragraph completion, vocabulary, phrase correction, and other activities are common. Because there is no negative marking, candidates should try and attempt all questions.

2.Technical Interview Round

Candidates are often asked questions based on their CV and areas of interest during the technical round. Knowing about programming languages like C or Java, operating system knowledge, and awareness of the latest emerging technologies are all factors that could help score well in this round.

3.HR Interview Round

The HR interview comes after the technical round. The goal is to determine if the candidates are a suitable fit for the company. The range of questions is broad, including anything from their background to their hobbies to their outlook on life. Students should expect to be asked questions designed to determine their genuineness in seeking the position.

1.Aptitude Test

It's an online test where candidates will be asked MCQ questions on anything from verbal to quantitative to essential areas like DS, Networking, OOPS, and Database. As the number of questions is more, additional practice is needed.

2.Technical Interview Round-1

This is a coding round in which two questions are usually presented. Because the problems are complex, the concept of Data Structures must be understood.

3.Technical Interview Round-2

It is a round with a personal interview in which questions based on data structure and queries from the résumé are asked. There are also some puzzle-based questions.

4.HR Interview Round

This round consists of a general HR interview where the manager asks questions to determine a candidate's soft skills, social skills, leadership skills etc.

We know that every company is unique. The requirement they have for particular roles is also specific. Also, the students come with general knowledge in technical skills. They are not tuned to work in the company-specific requirement. Xplore helps close this gap and enables the students to train them as per the company's particular technical and non-technical skills requirements.
